Becoming Collaborative is an intimate, interactive Women Impact experience designed to help women move beyond traditional networking and learn how to build stronger relationships, communicate with intention and create meaningful collaborations.
This is not simply a networking event.

Aminata will guide the experience, bringing the different conversations, activities and participants together around one central objective: creating meaningful connections that can grow into real collaboration.
A meaningful conversation exploring how the way we communicate influences trust, professional relationships, collaboration and team success. Participants will explore how intentional communication can help them create stronger connections in both business and professional environments.
An interactive session where participants will experience collaboration rather than simply talk about it. Through guided activities, participants will explore connection, communication, trust and teamwork in action.
Participants will create their own wooden décor piece while also contributing to a shared collaborative artwork. The experience represents one of the central messages of Becoming Collaborative: we can create individually while still contributing to something bigger together.
